- Resend (transactional email) — United States.
These transfers are made only as necessary to provide the service, and we require our processors to protect your data to a comparable standard.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your membership is active and as needed for the purposes above. Certain records (e.g., transactions, commissions, tax documents) are retained for the period required by law even after account closure. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email our DPO at privacy@oraclesherbal.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
8. How we protect your data
We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database, private storage for sensitive documents, and other measures to safeguard your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to incidents.
9. Data breaches
In the event of a personal-data breach that may pose a real risk to your rights, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects in accordance with NPC rules (generally within 72 hours of knowledge of the qualifying breach).
