By creating an account or using the Oracle’s Herbal Products platform (a brand of Eagold Marketing), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Membership requires an initial product order that meets the current minimum registration amount. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be of legal age to register.

Our products are herbal food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and carry no approved therapeutic claims. Individual results vary. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Orders are confirmed after we verify your payment. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. We may cancel or refuse orders where payment cannot be verified. Delivery times are estimates.

Any income, commission, or earnings figures shown are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual results depend on your own effort, sales, and team activity, and on maintaining eligibility (including monthly maintenance where applicable). Commissions and payouts are subject to verification and to our compensation rules, which may change with notice.

You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent the products or the opportunity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Product returns and buyback requests are handled according to our current policy and are subject to review. Contact support to start a request.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer-protection or data-privacy law.
